Troubleshooting, setup and consulting on-site. Remote support from 59 €/hr (minimum billing 30 minutes). No surcharge in the evening or on weekends.

All fixed prices are labour prices for setup and configuration. Required hardware (e.g. router, NAS, cameras) and software licences are not included — I advise you independently and can supply suitable hardware with manufacturer warranty on request.

All prices are net (VAT-exempt). On-site: first hour billed in full, then in 15-minute increments. Remote: minimum billing 30 minutes. No surcharge in the evening or on weekends. The free initial assessment by phone is always non-binding.
- Invoices payable within 14 days; support packages by SEPA direct debit
- Projects from 1,000 €: 50 % down payment on labour costs
- Hardware and materials ordered upon receipt of payment
- Quotes valid for 30 days; “from” prices are starting prices, any additional effort is communicated transparently before commissioning

As a support client you pay the reduced hourly rate: 59 €/hr on-site, 49 €/hr remote — with no surcharge in the evening or on weekends.
Cancellable monthly. Annual packages: 5 % cheaper and no setup fee; upon early cancellation a pro-rated refund applies (waived setup fee is offset). Package changes possible at any month end. All prices are net (VAT-exempt). The exact scope is tailored to your business in the free initial assessment.
