I’m Ayberk Bulut, owner of ARFEP IT-Service in Göttingen. I look after my clients personally – on site and across Germany via remote support, without call centres or queues. I solve IT problems pragmatically and explain clearly what I’m doing. And I’m there for you in the long run.

IT support costs from 69 € per hour on site or from 59 € per hour via remote support (minimum charge 30 minutes) — final prices, no VAT charged under § 19 UStG, travel within Göttingen included, no surcharge in the evening or at weekends. Yes, I come to you in person within 50 km of Göttingen. For clients anywhere in Germany I offer fast, uncomplicated remote support, which is often the quickest and most flexible solution.

How quickly do you respond?
I’m available around the clock – 24/7, by phone and WhatsApp. With urgent IT problems I usually respond very quickly; it’s best to call me directly.

Do you also help with GDPR questions?
Yes. I support the technical side of GDPR compliance: encrypted data storage, access rights, automated backups, secure deletion concepts and documentation of technical safeguards. Legal advice is not part of my services.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
Mainly Ubuntu Server LTS and Debian — the most proven distributions for stable business servers with long-term maintenance. On request I also work with other distributions.
Can you take over and maintain existing systems?
Yes, I also take over existing IT infrastructure: I check its current state, document what’s there and then look after it on an ongoing basis — no matter who originally set it up.
