What does it cost?
The first look at the problem at your home is free. After that, working time costs 45 € per hour, or 39 € per hour by remote support. Travel within the city of Göttingen costs 10 €. I always tell you the price before I start.
I’m not good with technology – is that a problem?
Not at all. I explain everything in simple words, without jargon, and take time for your questions. You don’t need to prepare anything.
Do you have to come round, or can it be done remotely?
Both are possible. I solve many problems by remote support: you stay on the phone and, with your permission, I look at your screen – for 39 € per hour and with no travel costs. For Wi-Fi, printers or new devices I come to you.
